Freedom Fibre - Hadnall Parish Resident Engagement Event

Astley Parish Council has been made aware of the following event. Freedom Fibre have been contacted and they have advised that anyone in the local community is welcome to attend.

Freedom Fibre are hosting an event at Hadnall Village Hall to discuss all things full-fibre and for residents to ask any questions.

As part of the government’s Project Gigabit programme, Freedom Fibre was awarded approximately £24 million to bring lightning-fast, full-fibre broadband to North Shropshire.

Using technology that is 45x faster and 5x more reliable than previous broadband networks, Freedom Fibre's network will bring a boost to North Shropshire's economy and digital infrastructure, facilitating seamless streaming, gaming and working from home.

As part of our ongoing work in North Shropshire, Freedom Fibre is keen to engage with the local communities to discuss all things full-fibre as well as answer any questions that residents might have about the build and installation process.
